Worst hotel experience ever
Arrived to hotel workers’ strike. Unable to get any type of room cleaning. Had to repeatedly beg for clean towels, sheets, and shampoo. We were finally offered a new room during our stay, because we couldn’t get any type of housekeeping in our room. Bathrooms at the conference were dirty. We were repeatedly told how "sorry" everyone was for the inconvience, but I didn’t pay for "I’m sorry." The noise from the strikers went on all day and all night, complete with huge drums that were banged around the clock. The Hyatt did nothing to try to make our stay a little more comfortable or cleaner. I understand that the strike may have been out of their control, but there was no excuse for the lack of services for which we had paid, or some type of compensation.

Great San Fran Experience
This is a very nice hotel with excellent staff and you can’t beat the location! I would definitely stay there again.
