Great location in San Clemente
Good value and a great location in San Clemente. Not too far away from the beach and Metrolink/ Amtrak station and the pier. Day passes to a nearby gym are a nice touch!

Clean room but horrible service
I arrived late, and it seemed like I had just woken up the manager (I suppose midnight is late to some). I asked him when I arrived if the room had an iron. He said "no, but we have one here at the front desk we can bring to you". Woke up that morning... called the front desk to see about the previous mentioned iron and he tells me that I have to come and get it at the front desk. I wouldn’t normally care however I am a single female and traveling solo. It would seem to me that they have more than enough staff to bring this to me? I was in the middle of getting ready for my meetings that day and I couldn’t go down and get it. It was more frustrating and annoying than anything. They just aren’t friendly here at all. Not trying to act like a spoiled brat...but I’m supposed to haul an iron and iron board all the way up to my room? I think not.
