Major water leaks
The hotel is suffering from major water leaks - reception as well as my bathroom had water coming in from the ceiling (and my room was on the 2nd floor). Hotel mgmt appears to not care as the issue in my room was not dealt with in the 2 days I was there. I was also not given an option to move rooms. I have stayed here many times but the hotel is quickly falling apart - I will try one of the newer hotels the next time

staff are great, the hotel is always clean, i usually stay here when in Sherman.

Half way to Springfield, MO
This hotel is almost half way from our home near Houston, TX and our familys’ homes in SW Missouri. We stay here an average 2-3 nights per year over the past 12 years. Very reliable hotel, never had any issues with anything. Breakfast is good. We plan on continuiing to stay at this hotel with our trips to MO and back for years to come.
