First Hotel - first class
The hotel is excellently located for the Stockholm Fair. It is now in the process of refurbishing, the room was very large, very comfortable. The staff friendly, breakfast excellent.
Traveler's tip on shopping
This is no place for shopping, but the public transport albeit not cheap, very convenient.

Definitely Suprised
I believe the title says it all. After desperately seeking accommodation in Stockholm for our CEO to attend an important exhibition i came across the First Royal Star Hotel and booked him immediately. After which i consultated our Travel Agent who informed me that they had never heard of the hotel. I then expected to be called upon his arrival to find some where else for him to stay. But i received nothing, upon his return he RAVED about the hotel and mentioned that the food was so good that delegates came from other hotels to eat there. Overall he was very impressed!
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
Very affordable. We are a non profit organisation and were grateful for our savings compared to what we would have paid at other hotels in the same area.

Worth revisiting
The hotel is clean and the service good. We had one of the best fish meals in this hotel than we have ever had...and also not too expensive! The hotel is only 9 minutes from the city center by train and is to be recommended.
