very impressed
The Grand Beach resort definitely lived upto and surpassed my expectations- the 3 bedroom condo was very spacious and had all the neccessities for living comfortably - 6 people can easily fit in and move around without getting in each others way. The staff were nice and cooperative and the ambience cheerful. Only the excercise area could do with a little more equipment and infrastructure. I would recommend this to anyoe visiting Orlando either on business or to be really close to Disney!

WHAT A GREAT PLACE TO STAY!!!!!!!
The room was so nice, we didnt want to leave! The three bedroom is perfect for adults sharing a room, two master bedrooms with king size beds and garden tubs, walk in showers. and they are spread out so you dont have to be on top of each other. I have stayed in alot of places in Orlando and this is now my favorite.

Grand Beach - Timeshare Nightmare and nothing more
They get you here for one thing and one thing only....to sell timeshares. As long as you say NO, NO, NO...and then NO again, maybe you’ll be able to stay without hassle. They’ll offer you $125 for a "short 90 minute presentation". After 4 HOURS of USED CAR tactics where one manager after another comes at you, and your kids starving, you might get your hundred bucks. They want a huge $$ amount for their timeshare, and then another HIGH amount for maintenance. They’ll tell you "this is a TODAY kinda business. We can give you deals today that you’ll never get again!!" What a joke. Then, once you’ve said no for the 90th time, they send some little guy out "from corporate" who wants to do a "survey". It’s NOT a survey...it’s another attempt to sell you a 3 night "vacation" that turns out to be a REAL ESTATE CONTRACT deposit for one of their properties where you have to sit through ANOTHER 4 HOUR sales session, but they don’t tell you about the contract part until AFTER they’ve charged your CC. He offered us another bonus for taking the mini vacation and even placed it in my hand. Once I said no for the 91st time.....you guessed it, he RIPPED the debit cards out of my hand. You can stay here, just know what you’re getting yourself into. These guys are the biggest scum bag operation I’ve seen in a long time. The room is huge, yet smells dingy and needs updating. They want you to stay in the 3BR/3BA so you’ll assume that’s what you’ll get every time at one of their properties.

Can’t wait to go back!!
Everything was great from the time that we got there to the time we left. The three room suite that we stayed in was so roomy. The beds were very comfy. There was so much to do for everyone, we played volleyball,swam, layed in the hammocks and there was even fishing.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
The kitchen had everythin but food so you can save some money eating breakfast and lunch in the suite then go out for dinner. Downtown Disney is not too far and the kids loved that!

Would love to return often!!!
First room the air conditioner wasn’t working well really warm in there, called the front desk they had a room for us right away and a nicer one also!!!! I would stay there again, we had the three bedroom three bath and having that extra bath was GREAT!!!!!!

Very Nice
Our 3 bedroom suite was large and comfortable. The washer/dryer was right in the unit..so handy. The linens and mattresses were very good quality..we all slept very well. Staff was friendly. The only downside..No restaurant on site or even next door. It is a car ride to a restaurant. Disney was close enough. We got to each park within 10-15 min, close enough for me! I do recomment this hotel.

Grand Beach
We Recently stayed at the Grand Beach with seven people....and surprisingly it was VERY comfortable!!! The pools were not quite what the kids wanted, since they were just pools, but we didn’t spend much time there. The hotel was also very close to everything from Disney, to shopping, to Sea World. Would’ve loved a bar or some place to get a drink!! Hammocks were great!

Relax
The hotel was wonderful. They have activities by the pool daily, the front desk is helpful for anything(directions, recommendations for dining/activities,etc.) The room was great for my family of 5 very spacious.

Pretty nice place.
If you are looking for a place that family can stay together this is a great place. The beds were the only thing that weren’t comfortable. Mattress is very bad in all rooms.

A great value
We stayed in a 3BR suite with my parents and my two kids. It worked out great. The suite was perfect, the amenenties of the hotel were great and the location was very convenient.

Great resort to stay at for Disney!
Beautiful, lush, tropical landscaping. Great pool! Beautifully updated rooms. Great for the whole family! Would definitely return again!
