it’s ok to stay at this hotel,but....
it’s ok to stay at this hotel,but the hotel is pretty old... like when you enter thehotel, the hotel lobby is very nice, but once you get in to an elavaor...you will see a corridor like a old motel, smells like mold...Bath tub is dirty.. i saw some kind of black stain all over the tub.. You dont wanna spend a lot of money to stay this hotel. Actually this travel was my honeymoon and wedding...I heard Hyatt regency is the nicest place in Guam, Thats why I picked this place, but it turned out..... You shouldnt use that kind of occasion for this hotel. it’s better to stay other hotels for paying less of the money.... However Location is pretty nice. it’s closed to DFS, JPstore, Sand castle.. many restaurants..The beach was nice, too:)

exactly as expected
the staff was friendly and very helpful the food was delicious and reasonable priced the location is lovely and inviting I had a problem getting my computer to work in my room and they sent 3 people until it was working.

Slightly Run Down
The staff was very helpful, polite and professional. My air conditioner did not work the first night; it was 78 degrees F in the room with high humidity. I asked to have it fixed in the morning and they promptly sent someone to look at it. After he repaired it the room was 82 F (after several hours). I asked to move to another room and they accommodated me. 70 F was the lowest setting for the thermostat. With the high humidity it felt like it was about 78 F. When I arrived in my new room there were strands of hair on the floor and mildew in the showers (probably an issue with the high humidity). The hotel was run down and not very clean. The SPA services were nice (massage only). I will probably try an alternate place next time.
