needs a few things
Well everything was ok with this hotel except a few things, 1. They don’t have a hotel info book in the room. 2. This is the only hotel that doesn’t have phone books in the room, they want you to call the front desk and they will look up whatever you need. 3. The rooms have 2 phones one of which are cordless and mine didn’t work and they didn’t seem to interested in fixing it so that everytime a call came in I didn’t have to get up and run over to the other phone. All of these are minor problems, but issues that a hotel of that status should not have

HOME AWAY FROM HOME
EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT. THE ROOM WAS CLEAN, SERVICE WAS FANTASTIC, AND OUR STAY WAS SO GREAT WE DID NOT WANT TO LEAVE.

Excellent!
The front desk clerk was very friendly and the hotel was clean, in a safe location, and near food and shopping centers. The only problem was their sign! You can hardly see it until you pass it. The hotel is in a wooded area off the road, so it is not easily seen either. Still, once you’re there, it is terrific. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice Getaway
the room was clean and well furnished. the HUGE television was great. there must have been a baseball championship in town because there were baseball players everywhere. Still the breakfast never ran out and the room was quiet. I ordered an omelet which was awesome. Really enjoyed our stay. Will be back.

The pool was clean, the room was clean, the service was great, the breakfast was very nice (although you must pay for most hot food items), but I love that hotel and I’ll definitely be going back whenever I stay in Birmingham!

The hotel is right off a main road that has several restaurants and it’s not far from downtown Birmingham.

Too many compliments for this hotel!!
The hotel room was very unique, clean & modern. The lobby area has a bar with either deli food, snacks, Starbucks or alcohol. We stopped by after we ate with our 2 year old & enjoyed visiting with the staff while drinking hot chocolate & eating a cookie. The breakfast was also very good. There are a lot of different seating areas around the main lobby to enjoy breakfast peacefully.

Will Use This Hotel Again
Upon check-in we were shown around the hotel, how everything works and were assured they were there to help with anything we needed. We stayed overnight on our way to another vacation city. But would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants friendly, courteous service. Most of a CLEAN ROOM which is very important to me.
Very reasonable prices and accomodating for a big family. We needed a room for 6 and we got it. We were so glad we did not have to reserve two different rooms, but were able to stay in the same room with our kids.

Excellent Hotel
This hotel is located in a very nice and safe area. The staff is friendly. The lobby is clean and the breakfast was very good.

This hotel was very reasonably priced and offered all the amenities suited for a top of the line room. The flat screen tv is a bonus and the poo was very clean.

Beautiful Hotel with all you need
We were very suprised from this hotel. Everybody was so friendly, the roomes are very clean and huge. The breakfast was delicious!!! They had no plastic dishes and silverware to throw away,absolutly earthfriendly. The starbucks coffee was a plesure.We will stay again in a hyatt hotel for sure !!!!!!!!!

Birmingham’s Best
I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. For the price I paid, I expected low rent (Even with the Hyatt name attached). The staff made of feel like VIP’s and the room was above par. Plan to stay there again at the end of May.

Very nice place!
My only complaint would be the lack of selection at the continental breakfast - otherwise it was great. The 42" plasma was nice, too!

It Was Ok...
The Hotel was really nice. There were just a few problems... for one, my room was not ready when I arrived. Check in was at 3:00, and I arrived at 5:00. I had planned on arriving at 3:00 so thank goodness I was a little late. The room was pretty clean; however, there was no toliet paper in the room. There was also no ice chest. Just simple little things like that kind of irritated me. But the room was really nice. And it was cheap considering all that was in it. The flat screen TVs were awesome!!

Nice business trip stay
Located on the most congested highway on the planet(opinion) this hotel is quite a nice little gem. Comfortable stay and very clean. Cont. breakfast was decent. I really appreciated the hotel shuttle taking me to and from my business meetings each day.

Will definitely stay here again...
This is a great place to stay. It was much better than I had expected. The staff allowed me to check in a few hours early, the room was very clean, the HDTV was a great amenity to have, and the room was a really nice size. My particular room was right near the maids’ quarters I think though, because there was a lot of banging around going on oustide my door. But other than that, it was a great stay. I will definitely stay in this hotel next time I am visiting Birmingham.

Worth price
Close enough to get to the city yet lots of malls, resturants within walking/driving distance. The hotel itself was very clean and the staff was attentive. Would stay there again

Very nice for the price!
Huge rooms, great service, plenty of amenities...for all of that you’d expect to pay big bucks and have to put up with horrible service. BUT YOU DON’T! The staff is friendly and everything is super clean, the continental breakfast is even awesome.
