Friedrich Franz Palais
This is a wonderful Hotel in a beautiful town near the Baltic coast. The rooms were very nice, the Hotel well maintained and the breakfast was something to write home about. The staff were helpful and friendly and the location across the street from the town park and one block from the Molli train and 2 minutes from the Munster is perfect for a day of tourism.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
Take the Molli to the coast and visit Kühlungsborn Ost or Kühlungsborn West for lunch at a sidewalk cafe or stroll on the boardwalk. Visit the Bad Doberan Munster, a Gothic brick cathedral. Be sure to see the bust of Frank Zappa at the lower end of the park across the streen from the Hotel.
