A Good Stay
We stayed in this hotel for a week around the 3rd week in DEC 09..No problems at all. They had a friendly staff, rooms were clean and cozy. We did the whole Disney thing and the shuttle they provide to Epcot was one of the reasons why we stayed here...Thier full breakfast is a must!!

Pleasant surprise at Lake Buena Vista
Our sta y here was perfect! The hotel was clean; the staff was friendly and courteous. The hotel is close to Walt Disney World, but not too close. The room was very comfortable, just the thing for visiting relatives. The breakfast was good also (good variety of dishes which changed daily). Also, the layout of the breakfast area allowed people to get through faster, (ex., no long lines waiting for the toaster.) the hotel has all the right ammenities: gym, outdoor rec area for kids, and a pet area.

Terrific stay for Disney
Great quiet hotel off the crowd, kids loved the pool area. Breakfast included hot buffet. Friendly staff that goes the extra mile. They even surprised us and our 9-year old with a birthday balloon and some candy. Free shuttle to Epcot (3 times a day). No place to eat lunch/dinner around hotel; need to order or travel. In room menu available and food ok. Would stay here again.
