Stuck in elevator for 30 minutes; elevator emergency phone wasn’t answered; people at front desk did not hear alarm bell, and they are right around the corner from the elevator bank; Ask to speak to management for 2 days; no response. Front desk people not knowledgeable re restaurants. Put into room with malfunctioning internet access; and they knew it.
