Wort Hotel in Des Moines
By far the worst hotel service I have ever had. When contacting the manager regarding an unauthorized charge on my credit card I was hung up on. I was not just hung up on once but three times. Then when I returned for my second night of staying at this dingy hotel, my room key magically no longer worked. This caused me to have to go down to the lobby and reactivate my key. I would never recommend this hotel to another soul. The staff was terribly unfriendly and defensive when asked a simple question. Not worth the money or your time.

Do not stay here. There are much nicer and equally affordable hotels in Des Moines.

not so thrilled
Staff was ok. Old school. We had to make a trip to the front for towels no one was available to bring them! Clean enough, chair in our room was broke.

Very friendly personel at this hotel. Good location with several dining choices around. Small but clean pool. We will definitely stay here again.
