Expected more from a 5 star hotel
I expected more from this 5 star hotel. They advertised wireless service in the room - you had to pay extra for that - even in the media room - where you had to pay for even making a copy. I’ve stayed at MUCH cheaper hotels that had FREE wireless internet and FREE continental breakfast. Any breakfast had to be purchased from the restaurant and was very expensive. There was also supposed to be a pool - but we looked everywhere and never found it. I approached the front desk twice but they were too busy with wedding receptions going on. When checking in - we were not allowed to park out front - we had to go all the way into the parking garage and drag our luggage - no offer of carrying our bags.

Internet did not work.
I was charged by Expedia $10 for parking and internet service, but the internet did not work. The internet responce was that it was experiencing difficulties and to try again later. But when you try to get the money back, the hotel has no information concerning the pricing - not even the amount you paid showing the $10 for parking and internet service.
