Met our needs
The kitchen provided in the motel was perfect for our stay of 4 days, we were able to prepare breakfast in the room(all needed cutlery and pans were provided) which made our stay much more homey. The only drawback was we were given a smoking room when I had requested a nonsmoking- and there is no way to get rid of that tobacco smell, no matter how clean the room is.

Enter at your own Risk
The hotel was in a good area, but still had people from Katrina living there. They hung around the outside at night, smoking, and drinking, and i think drugs. The police were always arounn there. The morning I left they had a sheriffs car bringing in a body cart. Either someone had killed someone, or took a drug ovedose. I was scared the whole time I was there. So its enter at your own risk.

Do not stay there. You might check in, but not check out. It was very scary with guys hanging aroung there at night, drinking, smoking, and drugs. The sherfiffs dept. came in there my last morning,with a body cart. Either someone got killed, or someone took a drug overdose. Very scary and unsafe! Enter at your own risk!
