Convenient location
We enjoyed the hotel--very gracious staff, good breakfast, comfortable room. It was 3-4 blocks from two underground stations which covered the three major tube lines. Also, close to good restaurants and Kensington Gardens. One of two elevators was not working the entire time (7 days) we were there. And, though there was an air conditioner on the wall, we were told it was not hooked up and couldn’t be used. It was very hot the week we were there.
Traveler's tip on dining
Good Belle Italia restaurant on Queensway, near the tube. Also, a terrific Indian one across from the tube, and a great Greek restaurant just about a block from the hotel.

Won’t go back
Rooms were very small. Once we were in the room with our baggage we couldn’t walk around the end of the bed. Air conditioning in room didn’t work Stains on carpet and towels

Definitely worth the money
I found this hotel when I was making last minute arrangements for a place to stay while traveling with my sister. When we checked in, they didn’t have any double rooms, so we each got our own (without it costing any more). The hotel’s in a nice neighborhood, conveniently close to three Underground stations and about a block from Hyde Park. The rooms were clean, the staff polite and helpful, and breakfast (a simple buffet) pretty good. It also had free internet.
