Convenient Naples Hotel

Very satisfied with everything at this hotel....convenient area...right off 41 and downtown Naples. Would recommend to anyone looking for an exceptionally clean hotel with comfortable beds.

Goten Old. Needs update

My wife and I stayed in this hotel many many times, years ago. There is nothing wrong with the hotel. It just needs to be brought up to the new and fresh Marriott Courtyard standards. It still has the old carpet, floral drapes & bedspred.

Very good stay!

Stayed two nights over the Memorial Day weekend, and it was very pleasant. I had requested a mini fridge in the room prior to arriving and was surprised to find it had already been installed prior to checking in. Kudos! The room was clean, the king-size bed was great, and the free Wi-Fi in all rooms is a plus! However, the walls in the room were kind of bare and could use more artwork on them. Other than that, it’s a great place to stay.

Don’t miss going to the Naples pier, especially at sunset. Very beautiful and romantic!

Perfectly Satisfactory

The Marriott Courtyard was all we required as a place to stay while visiting friends.

only problem was the musty smell in room

We should have asked for a different room..but since we weren’t in the room that much we didn’t want to bother moving all our stuff to another room. there was a definate smell (like mold or ciggarette smoke)to the room that was unpleasant. the people that ran the hotel were very nice and they gave excellent service, so I know they would have gladly moved us if we had said something. I wanted a refrigerator for my room, and they brought one up in the first 5 min. we were there. I would stay there again for sure. Good value.

I would go to Perkins Pancake House or First Watch Rest. (both near hotel) rather than have the hotel breakfast buffet..which was not very good.

Would not recommend, the bed was terrible and room wasn’t very clean.

I stayed in this hotel for 7 nights and it was the worst experience as far as sleeping goes. I was in agony every night, all night. My back hurt so badly that I had to sleep sitting up. I don’t know if it was the mattress or the pillows, which I had 3 of, but I do know that it was terrible, terrible pain. I didn’t feel that it was all that clean in the room either, blankets were stained, and it just wasn’t that clean overall. I would not stay in this hotel again.

Very Nice Hotel, would recommend to others

The Courtyard by Marriot didn’t fail to deliver what is expected by the Marriot hotel chain. The staff was friendly; the rooms were clean and comfortable. The only reason I didn’t give this hotel an A+ is because of the pool area (not bad, just average); but the beach is only a couple of blocks away from the hotel.

If you have a family and want a nice hotel that is in the middle of shopping areas, the beach and the historic downtown. This might be the hotel for you.

I booked the hotel through expedia and they charged me again at the hotel. Then there was no manager at the hotel to straighten it out when I called back to fix the problem. Didn’t seem like the operation was running very smoothly!
