Hotel was clean and confortable. The Hotel was right in the middle of town (close to everything) We will return next fall.

Very nice hotel
We were very pleased with our stay with Best Western Crossroads. The rooms were very nice and you had plenty of room. We were in walking distance to everything in Gatlinburg and a trolly stop right below the room if you did not want to drive to Pigeon Forge. We will stay at this motel again

A real nice place to stay
Over all we thought our stay was very nice. The hotel staff where very nice. The best thing about it was the location. It is within easy walking distance to all the main attractions. Plus there is a trolley stop just around the corner from the hotel. There was only 2 things we didn’t like much about our stay and that was the water pressure (not a big deal just took longer to take a shower) and the view from the bed room (was a over grown hill side but not a big deal).
