Terrible stay
When I got there, there was construction directly in front of the hotel. There is no skywalk directly to the Casino (walkway will get you to the Hilton). If you want to park there, you have to use the $20 valet service. If you don’t use the valet, no one helps you with your bags and they ask you to get off the driveway ASAP. You can park in the Fallsview casino parking for $5 (time unlimited, just no in and out allowed). In the room, the carpet was dirty, the A/C didn’t work and

Nice Hotel
The hotel was nice overall some construction taking place but not enough to ruin my stay at the hotel. The restaurant in the lobby had great service wish I could say the same for the food very bland so not italian. Overall a nice hotel.

Do not qualify as 4 stars
No safe in the room, Refrigirator for extra charge. There was a constraction going on with holes in the cealing covered with plastic. No value for the price at all. I was promised Falls view room, I got parking lot view room. I stayed in Hilton few years ago it a day and night difference
