Good Stay

The hotel was nice and the staff was very courteous. Being a hotel close to an airport there were a lot of restaurants and meeting places especially in the hotel. While my business kept me outside of the room most of the time it was very comfortable and the room service was prompt.

Not at all impressed

Facilities were old but in fair condition, however, room smelled musty and did not feel clean. This hotel has seen better days. They also tend to nickel-and-dime you to death. On site restaurant prices were exorbitant; we never used it. They also charge you for parking and internet access. Who does this anymore?

Not Impressed

The only thing good with my room was the beds, everything else was not good. Old rooms, Airconditioner not working, very hot in room, bathroom faucet needed new filter, water squirted everywhere, lock bolt on door hanging and bathtub had dirt stains in bottom of tub. Not very clean, but good money spent at hotel. They need to maintain their rooms a lot better and not just concentrate on their lobby’s appearance and handing out of cookies. Very dissapointed!!! I won’t be back.

I liked Very Much

This is the second Doubletree and the best Doubletree I have stayed in. The rooms were clean, and large. The bed was comfy and the hotel was all around beautiful complete with a nightclub and several restaurants. It served all my needs, especially for the price. I would definetly stay here again or recommend it.

Good value if you have to be in Ontario, CA

If you ever find yourself in Ontario, CA the Doubletree is a good value for the money. We were in Ontario for a wedding. Be warned however that there is an onsite lounge that is completely out of place in the hotel. We had checked in very late and wanted some drinks before heading to bed. The small hotel bar was closed so they directed us to onsite the Myst lounge where we were told that we had to stand in line to get into the lounge and pay a cover charge! I was a little annoyed about that and then became enranged when I saw that the line was made up of folks dressed like pimps and hos from a tough part of town. We walked across the street to a sports bar. I really needed a drink by then!

Great Hotel

We were at the back of the hotel. The room was very quiet and the bed extremly comfortable. The hotel was clean. We did not take advantage of the bar or restaurant but they are available on site. Even though there was a convention booked the weekend of our stay, we were not disturbed. We would stay at this hotel on any future trips.

Great Stay for Price

We got a great deal for the price. The location is easy to get on and off I-10 and was close to the airport. We mainly needed a place to "sleep" so did not check out any of the facilities or restaurant - although the Steakhouse did look inviting. We were with other friends attending the Pomona Final Drag Races (NHRA) and would meet up with them and had a local friend who chauffered us around. NOTE: Only about a mile (2 or 3 exits) from ONTARIO OUTLET MALL - highly recommended!! As a "seasoned shopper" this is always the HIGHLIGHT of my trip. I usually alot one full day there - minimum....

MUST DO: Visit the ONTARIO OUTLET MALL. Bring an extra piece of luggage - you’ll need it for all the awesome deals you’ll find and purchase. It’s AWESOME!!

Great Hotel

The hotel was very nice. The bed was very comfortable. We had a little trouble at check in with a mix-up in our reservation that could have been handled a little better, but we enjoyed our stay. In the morning the Manager straightened everything out and we left very satisfied.

Comfortable beds & impressive breakfast buffet

The Doubletree really impressed us -- the staff at the front desk went out of their way to accommodate our requests upon check-in. The room was well-appointed, clean, and had exceptionally comfortable beds. The restaurant surprised us -- both for breakfast and dinner -- with the quality of its offerings and reasonable prices.

Trains and Service are Cautions

Chose this hotel because review of first choice noted the noise from nearby trains. There was train noise here too though perhaps not as bad. Service was poor - waited in restaurant 10 minutes for initial order and even longer for food which was not tasty. People at a nearby table waited even longer for initial service in an almost empty restuarant. Walked over large lettuce leafs on the way to my table- still there when I left. Nice grounds, free internet only in the lobby area. Would stay there again if I had to. Security was questionable; outer doors in the back labled as locked were open.

Warm and Cozy

A friend and I stayed at this Doubletree Hotel because is was in walking distance to the Ontario Convention Center where we were having our annual Christmas party. We stayed only one night but the atmosphere was warm and the staff members were kind. I loved there buffet breakfast. Great choice and I will stay here again. Great price for one night.
