Ok for an overnighter
Check in and out was easy. Upon entering hallway of the building where our room was, the smell of the carpeting was not too inviting. Carpeting needs monthly shampooing or better yet, replace with tile. The trash cans had not been emptied from previous guest usage. The linens on one of the beds had stains. The room itself was large and the mattresses were comfortable.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
Would like to suggest the hotel replace ALL carpeting with tile for easier upkeep and better odor.

Very Accomodating
The hotel was fine for our needs, they also allowed us to extend out checkout time until 1 p.m. as I was having to work remote while waiting on our daugher at Texas State. Only complaint is smell of hallway - bery bad body odor smell in hallways.

Check in SNAFU, but room was nice!
There was an error at check in and we were given a key card for an already occupied room. It was Saturday late afternoon, a multi-room party was checking in (besides myself and a line of patrons behind me)and only one desk clerk to handle the desk and the constant ringing of the telephone. She was in dire need of help!! We were reassigned another room and it was nice, clean and comfortable. So my only problem was at check in. Location of Motel is in proximity to shopping, food and attractions.
