This Hotel Is Fine... Could Be Worse!
First of all, they need to remodel!!! The entrance looks so grand with marble or whatever, but the rest of the hotel isnt that nice looking! I understand that different people stay at the inn, and some are not too careful, and things worn out eventually! But they do need to change and fix some things! The beds were fine. They really need new towels! Some of them almost had wholes! LOL! I stayed in a Ramada Hotel in San Diego, and I was really pleased with everything! But in Victoria Ramada, not so much! The price was okay for this inn, but with taxes and everything else, I would say it was not worth it! Too expensive!
Traveler's tip on local attractions
The Butchart Gardens were lovely! Especially when they have the fireworks shows on Saturdays during the summer! Museums were pretty cool as well! And I really enjoyed my dinner at "Pescotores" Restaurant and their pleasant service!!!

Maintenance is not up to date
Cant find remote to hang-over A/C. It was hot and I called the front desk. The answer is rather disappointing - I was told that the A/C was broken and there is no other way around in the late August night.

Great place on a budget
This hotel is not quite "downtown" but Victoria being a raher small city location was not a problem. The hotel itself was great for the money. Spacious rooms, sprkling bathroom, clean and comfortable. Definitely much better than I would have expected given its star rating.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
Request a microwave when you reserve the room and cook your own breakfast.
