Excellent Stay
Very comfortable after a long train trip to Colorado. The pool and hot-tub in great shape, the hot-tub’s water temperature perfect. The breakfast buffet reasonably priced and the food was fresh. I have made this hotel my choice for two years now. Easy access to public transportation to downtown Chicago.

Housekeeping issues
We stayed for 4 days and our sheets weren’t changed everyday. When we used the iron, it was never put away or even put aside, it remained where we left it. The coffee, creamer, and sugar was never replenished. But the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was cleaned daily. We chose this hotel because it was close to my sister’s house. I guess we’ve stayed in worse so this gets an average rating.

Very Clean and Comfortable
This hotel is quite new and clean. The room was very spacious. I would definitely recommend this hotel for business and leisure.
