Great hotel, when the construction is finished
Was still under construction when we were there. Lots of dust and noise. Understandable. Staff and service was good. Location is excelent if you want to be on Palm Canyon Drive (the main drag).
Palm Canyon Drive is the best for shopping, dining and nightlife. Two blocks from a nice casino also.

Nice place, nice people
I realized that the hotel was being renovated after I booked 4 night stay and I was very disappointed. I read so many reviews that said the hotel was dirty and had bad service so I was pretty nervous when I got to Palm Springs. Maybe it’s because I’m from the Midwest but in my opinion it was not bad at all. I was expecting the place to be a dump but the staff was kind, helpful, and the room was super clean. Plus, the view off of the balcony was beautiful. It was a great value and sure the decor was a little outdated but it worked for me. I have no complaints.
