You get what you pay for!!!
I had a "upgraded" room and these was the issues I had 1. toilet didn’t work 2. Tried to call the front desk and the phone was broke. 3. Shower is tiny and dirty 4. Service was horrible waiting 18 hours for them to fix the toliet I should have spent alittle extra and stayed at popular hotel chain. I will never return to this hotel..

ok to stay only if you have a car
The hotel is under new owners. so they are fixing the place up. They shave a black angus right there in the front pof the hotel (i did not have time to eat there though) with a bar. They do have a few small gift shops and fast food stores within walking distance. They had a enterprixe rental service in the loby as well. the room was a nice size but the showere is a low water presure that had no presure to it.i have felt rain with more presure. the pepole there wewre verey nice and helpfull. However the shuttle service to the resorts was bad. they had 1 trip to each resort ( kingdom, epcot, studios ) then only 1 trip to return from epcot and studios and 4 trips from kingdom. If the shuttle is a now show or to full they will pay for a cab butt if you miss it they will not. The service of the shuttle was just below par on all accounts i recommend that you rent a car or bring your on car while there this way you may travle freely between park and hotel.

they have to spray against roaches.I had to kill three of them.
