Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at!
We were there for baseball tournaments. it was at least 8 families staying at This hotel.They did not inform us they were having a party on the 4th of July which consisted of a bikini contest, open bar & VERY loud distasteful music! The security made our kids get out of the pool at 10:00 but proceeded to deliver beer to some guests upstairs. There were also lots of noise from the local bar that went on until midnight so you could not get any rest. The towel situation was awful! If you are going to have a pool, you need to provide towels for you guests! One afternoon 2 employees got in a fight out by the pool. The male employee was kicking bottles around and using a lot of loud profanity. We had to go get the manager to take care of this. This was absolutely the WORST hotel experience of our life. I would NEVER stay here or recommend to anyone visiting Tupelo. The place was dirty, the rooms were very small. The bathroom was so small you could barely turn around unless the door was open.

Not a family oriented hotel
Not a family friendly environment at all and would not recommend this hotel to anyone with children!!!! There was loud music played until after midnight and people out by the pool drinking!!! Employees waking around with shirts with ugly words on them!!! Not a place for a 10 year old ball team to be staying at for their state ball tournaments!!!!

Ventilation needs a little work
My daughter and her family came to visit for Easter and there are 5 of them. The room had two double beds which was great, but the room size itself was a little small for them; plus they have an infant. They had to make a couple of calls to get lightbulbs replaced in the bathroom and clean towels. Also, they had a non-smoking room, but the neighbor’s room wasn’t non-smoking and their smoke came into my daughter’s room through the bathroom vents. They had to leave the bathroom door closed all the time. All in all the stay was all right, but the bathroom venting system definitely needs to be corrected.
