Very enjoyable stay.
Our room had been newly remodeled and was very pleasing however construction was still in progress on our floor so hallways and elevator lobby had yet to be completed. The good news is that we were there for a weekend stay and no construction was taking place at the time. Check-in was a bit slow due to a large group (Wedding Party) that was checking into the hotel at the time of our arrival, but the staff was very pleasant and apologetic for the long delays. The location was good as it was right in the heart of the downtown area within blocks of Mayo Clinic, and ended up being directly across the street from our restaurant of choice "Michael’s". Overall...a very pleasant and relaxing weekend!

Great Option for Downtown Rochester
Would’ve given this stay 5 stars across the board, however they were in the middle of a remodeling project that. The project didn’t interfere with our stay, but the appearance of our floor’s hallway was impacted by the project. Hotel has a very good fitness center and rooms were clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice look forward to going back
This is a very nice hotel has the comfort of home. The bed was great and the warm cookie a great surprise!!! We had breakfast in our room it was very reasonable for the quality and thats coming from a foodie yum yum. We will go back
