not what I expected
staff was friendly lobby was nice. My room was at the back of the hotel.They need cameras back there it might help curb the illeagal activites that are oviously going on. dirty entry and hallways. Called the front desk had them change the sheets nasty,they did and I was happy.The room was comfortable and the breakfast was good.

stay in a better area a lot of business are leaving.High crime didnt feel real safe......

Good for the rate . Breakfast poor.
I am frequent guest at La Quinta Hotels , usually satisfied, but in my opinion the breakfast should be better.

Not impressed at all.
I previously stayed here a little more than a year ago and I didn’t notice anything bad back then. First thing I notice was musty odor and dirty carpet. I proceeded to the room. No elevator to second floor. Room was also musty smelling. Not well insulated and I can hear people walking and talking in the hallway. All 3 pillows smelled like saliva on one side. The Fire alarm went off at 3:30 AM for no apparent reason and went on for about 10 minuets kept me awake for rest of the night. Shower tub backed up with a few inches of water, I removed drain bung and found the drain was clogged with hair only leaving about a 1/4" of hole for water to drain. I removed the hair and ended up with hands full of hair from the drain. The drain worked good afterward. I went down to lobby for breakfast and they didn’t have anything good, I tried to eat some cereal but their milk dispenser was broken and they just had an empty half gallon milk jug sitting in front of the broken dispenser. I went down to the front counter to return the key cards and as I was standing at the counter I got hit by water dripping from ceiling leaving spots on my shirts, I looked up and the ceiling had big wet spots like there was a plumbing leak of some kind. Floor was also wet, No Signs to warn people of the wet floor. I’m usually not picky but I left as very unsatisfied customer.
