NOT IMPRESSED
HOTEL IN NEED OF A MAKEOVER, BUT LIKE I SAY "YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR". ITS A BUDGET HOTEL AND ITS NO FRILLS, BUT YOU STILL EXPECT TO HAVE CERTAIN THINGS IN PLACE, LIKE WORKING PHONE LINES AND HOT WATER. WOULD’NT STAY THERE AGAIN. CAN’T FIND MYSELF TO RECOMMEND IT EITHER! PLUS I HAD AN UNEXPECTED FRIEND COME BY TO VISIT, ENOUGH SAID!

The worst hotel in all of jamaica
got to hotel took them 1 hour to check me in. got to room and it was horrible. asked them to change my room and when they did, new room had bugs crawling everywhere, air condition did not work good. Water pressure in bath room not good enough to take a shower.. i would never stay here again,.. rooms on the beach is the way to go...

its getting worse
This was my second time staying at Crane Ridge the first was better... This time around the roof was leaking a/c didn’t work we only got two towels the room was never cleaned the TV had no sound the guy at the front desk had no customer service...the best thing about that place is the swimming pool ..I will never go back
