Enjoyable place. Couple quirks.
This hotel is a nice scenic place to stay within the corridor. The pool is fantastic, and the staff within this hotel are very kind and courteous toward guests. A surfing hot spot is not far from here at all (within walking distance). Couple tiny complaints however: - The room service didn’t come until 5pm some days, never before 3pm. - The actual wait for the food within the hotel restaurant is slow given the quality. - BEWARE of the timeshare/fractured lease people upon arrival at the airport and the hotel. - Suggestion to travelers is to be kind and say no thank you so that they do not become rude towards you.
Traveler's tip
Ensure you bring enough cash to pay for taxis to and from airport and for local area around here. The average price for the taxi from the airport is $24 US dollars and to go back to the airport is $20 US dollars. Local supermarket has surplus anything you need and is $5 US each way. Enjoy your stay and take plenty of pictures.
