I was very impressed and would return. The decor was lovely
Use public buses and train to tour surrounding towns and countryside.

Great location, bed was like a rock!
Hotel overall was great. Fantastic staff, very helpful. However, I was disappointed when I dropped my 50lb bag on the bed and the mattress didn’t drop an inch! The staffs solution was to put mattress pads on top but it was not an ideal situation, it was still like sleeping on the sidewalk!

Great location
Great location across the street from the train station. Within walking distance to the markets, the Duomo, and Santa Maria Novella Square. The 5th floor restaurant with rooftop deck has awesome views of the city. The staff was pleasant. The rooms were clean and large by European standards. Will definitely recommend this hotel to others.
Would definitely recommend going mid-end of September. The weather was perfect and crowds were not bad.
