Nice hotel near city center
The Delta Hotel is a very nice hotel in former West Berlin. Although small by American standards, the room we stayed in had more than enough space. The room was clean and well-taken care of. The hotel felt very secure - it is a hotel where you drop off your room key at the front desk when you leave for the day. The desk is staffed 24-hours a day and all are very helpful. The only entrance in and out of the hotel is through the front door, so no one escapes notice of the front desk.
Traveler's tip
There is an U-Bahn station 1 block south of the hotel where the U1 line runs. We used this train daily to reach the Zoologisher Garten station, which was the launching point our of daily travels in Berlin.
