was ok
The phone didn’t work when I arrived on Sunday. They aid they would fix it on Monday. On Tuesday morning I complained again. They came to look on Tue afternoon but couldn’t fix it and would call somebody technical on to come on Wed. At this point I insisted on changing rooms. After a while they finally let me change rooms.

A Real Find
Thon Hotel Polar is a great hotel at a great price in a country notorious for high prices. It is conveniently located to the city center and the airport bus. The staff is friendly and the facilities are clean and tastefully designed. There is free internet in the lobby.
