Five star hotel with 3-4 star service
Overall a very comfortable hotel. Restaurant prices are very expensive. Front desk staff speaks English but not very helpful or cordial. Concierge desk very helpful. Hotel private car service outrageously expensive.

one of the best place to stay in moscow
staff was very friendly and guided us to the point with proper information, offered alternatives so we did not have to face language problem.

Great Location
Hotel is in great location. Staffs are very helpful and professional.They speak English well. It is right at Tverskaya ul., One could even walk to red sqaure , walking distance to famous cafe, night club. The room is clean on par with Marriott. You have to pay extra for internet .
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
It seem no way could be cheap in Moscow, cheaper hotel is far away and pathetic as yet still expensive and you have to pay for taxi. This hotel is great location, much enjoy ,less time,less pay for taxi.Try to book ahead of time ,may be!
