Spa and fitness room disappointing
Everything was fine with the hotel except the spa and fitness room. The spa was barely warmer than the pool and the jets had hardly any pressure. More pressure came from the jets in the seats than the actual jets in the sides. The fitness center only had 2 of the 4 machines in workable condition-- the treadmill wouldn’t start at all, it just kept flashing an error message even with the "Stop" button off and no other visible sign of a problem; the eliptical had something wrong with the part you stand on such that your feet were angling from the machine towards the ground (the metal was visibly bent) making it impossible to use. The fitness area and indoor spa/pool were the main reasons we had chosen this hotel. Major disappointment!
