NOT impressed!!!!
My husband & I decided to splurge and spend extra on a ’swanky’ hotel since our anniversary weekend had to be cut short. Although the valet service was very courteous, they were swamped. We got a king-size bed with 3 pillows. The pillows were so flat, I wouldn’t put them in a dog’s bed. I tried using the room phone to contact housekeeping and the front desk. No one would answer. Finally used my cell phone to ring the front desk for more pillows. The 2 we were given were as flat as the others. The heating system kicked off and on all night until we finally shut it off so we could sleep. I had to put a rolled towel under the door to keep the light out as the gap was well over 1.5". I called to complain after getting home but no one returned my call. Same with security when I left a message to see about getting an item I left. Will NOT return to this hotel...EVER!!!
