Good Value
A clean bed, a good nights sleep, but that’s about it. Durango is a small town, so if you’re looking for a (relatively) cheap place to spend the night, then this is a good choice. Liked: The place was very quiet. Staff was friendly. Free Breakfast was better than expected (I am a sucker for waffles) Disliked: The pool area was not as sparkling clean as it looks in the pictures. They should really think about replacing those fiber glass liners! We went in anyway and I am sure the water was clean, but the buildup around the waterline made it look dingy. The hot tub was gross. Also, I definitely felt the need to wear sandals around my room because of the older looking carpeting

Nice Place
We had a good stay here albeit just the one night. Room was great, clean and comfy and the pool was wonderful, warm and a decent size for swimming. Only downside was the very loud American party at breakfast going on about their various ailments!
Traveler's tip on shopping
Hell Bent- the shop, excellent friendly and knowledgable staff. Very patient. Also the Chinese restaurant on the main street. Best Chinese food we’ve had, loads of it and friendly waiters. We even got on first name terms!
