Everything was perfect! Very clean! Very quick check-in & check-out! They handled a full-house very well!

Not Satisfied
The hotel was fine, but I had a major problem with the smell. I got a no smoking room that was surrounded by smoking rooms. As you can probably guess my room smelled heavily like smoke. Other than the heavy smoke smell throughout the room and hallways the hotel was fine.

the hotel service was adequate at best
WE WERE IN A NON SMOKING ROOM AND YET THE DOORS TO THE ROOM LET IN SO MUCH SMOKY SMELL FROM THE HALLWAY AND OTHER ROOMS, WE HAD TO KEEP OUR WINDOWS OPEN. WE ASKED FFOR AND EXTRA BLANKET AND THEY GAVE US A MATTRESS PAD COVER TO USE INSTEAD. THE CLEANLILESS LEFT SOMETHING TO BE DESIRED.
