Great location! Great Italian resaurants all within walking distance and China town too!
Hotel was small and cozy and very clean. What it lacked in amenities of bigger chain hotels it more than made up for in it’s North Beach (nowhere near a beach) section of San Francisco.

Great Location
Although the room was a bit small, the service, staff and location made The Hotel Boheme a wonderful place to stay. The location of the hotel was absolutely the best...in the heart of North Beach with excellent restaurants just out the front door. Also, Fisherman’s Wharf and Chinatown just a short walk. The staff was extremely nice and helpful with everything from making reservations at restaurants for us to giving directions and suggestions of things to do or places to go. It was very personalized service..something you don’t get at a large chain hotel. We are already planning our next trip to San Francisco and we will be staying at the Hotel Boheme!
Traveler's tip
Our room faced Columbus street and it was a little noisy in the evening and the first part of the nite, but it did quiet down by about 11pm or so. You may need to request a room at the back of the hotel if the noise would be a problem for you.

Lovely.
Beautiful Room. Perfect Location. Wonderful Service. Only complaint...the bed. It was so firm that we tossed all night! We had an interior room which was amazingly quiet, but a little stuffy even with the two windows open. The room was beautiful and bathroom was one I would like to copy at home, but it was small. Very "cozy" for two. Wonderful stay...would do it again just for the service and the location.
