Very good for the money
Booked this for 3 nights, got a good discount due to a seasonal promotion. Nice property, nice room, nice staff. I couldn’t take advantage of the free hot breakfast, but the coffee was decent. Two ’not necessarily good’ comments: 1 - Staff seemed to park, and/or allowed parking, in the entry area. I can get along with that when the parking lot is full, but the lot was fairly empty, and only 15 feet farther from the door. Bad judgement here, made loading and unloading a bit odd. 2 - The heat - A/C unit had air coming from around the bottom of the unit, or the vent hadn’t been closed (something maintenance has to do), and with the season (Nov.) it caused cold air to enter the room. This made for cold feet and the unit to run more often and longer to keep up. Also, the thermostat was off by 4 degrees. I had to set it to 76 to get the room temp to 72. Other than that, a great place.

THE PLACE TO STAY IN GREENVILLE
THIS HOTEL WAS AS CLOSE TO PERFECT AS ANYBODY COULD GET. GREAT LOCATION AMPLE PARKING, HUGE ROOM WITH FLAT SCREEN TV TO COMPLEMENT IT. FRIENDLY STAFF AND VERY CLEAN ROOMS AND THROUGH OUT THE HOTEL. PLANING ON GOING BACK.

have been staying in more than 8 hotels in Greenville area in past 2 years.Hyatt Place on Hay wood is the best in terms of the price/service. Clean room, new furnitures,fast internet connection.Better than a 3 star.
