My stay in Tehachapi
This was a hard time for me for I had just lost my mother-in-law and the hotel was very nice. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was very nice.

Not impressed by customer service
The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good but... I had booked a non-smoking room and when I got there late they had only one smoking room left. Instead of offering me a suite for the same price (I was only spending the night and leaving early the next morning - not need to start cooking) I ended up getting a non-smoking room which you could only lock from the inside. Once you left the room it stayed open... The room was clean but the service could have been a lot better.
