i liked coz it is in the center of the city
the hotel was very good especialy the location , it was close to every interesting site of hamburg , the employees were so friendly , the service was very good bur the room need to redecorate and to be modern

What a disappointment
I booked a Jr Suite at this hotel and I was shown to the most gaudy, un maintained hotel room I have ever stayed at in my life. What a disaster!! I travel the world and have stayed at countless hotels but this room experience was quite possibly one of the worst. This hotel is a remodeled factory building that has some charms if you like old cramped elevators and rooms that havent been modernized. The lobby is nice albeit a bit odd in layout. The restaurant is very good. The hotel lacks a business center and the exercise room is laughable. On a positive note, the hotel relocated me to a newly renovated room that was part of the top floor suite and I was satisfied for my 2 night stay. Bottom line, there are much nicer hotels in Hamburg. If you are a Marriott fan, try the Marriott hotel just up the road from the Renaissance.
