Very Comfortable stay
Beds were nice and location was great being right next to ASU. For the price, it worked fine.

Not impressed
The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, which kinda compensated for the drawbacks of the hotel itself. Compared to similar hotels (e.g. Travelodge), breakfast was not good at all; the water tap in the bathroom and toilet hardly worked; on the second morning we discovered that the door lock stopped working -- it was fixed only by the evening, yet on the next day it worked on and off. There was trash -- NOT in the container! -- right next to the pool area.

Decent Room
We came into the area for one night to attend a football game so were looking for a room close to ASU stadium. This location fit our needs. Stayed here a few years back and it appears that some remodeling has been done since then. Rooms for this price range were very clean and appointed well. We didn’t rea;ize that the new electric trolley station was just across the street so if you are staying longer, leave your car parked and use that to get to most points of interest and shopping. For the price of our room - no complaints and would stay here again.
