Avignon Explorer
This hotel, while not fancy, was perfectly adequate for a couple who were out exploring all day. It was comfortable, clean and convenient.

Terrific location!
Hotel is in the middle of the pedestrian area in Avignon. Within minutes to the Palace of the Popes and the Bridge. Cafes were virtually outside the door of the hotel yet noise from the street not a problem. Hotel staff was extremely helpful.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
No need to take the little trains around town (around 7EURO) unless you are physically unable to get around. Everything is pretty easy to get to on foot and the streets are fun to explore.
