Just OK
Staff was very friendly & helpful. We didn’t have towel service for 3 days. We had to ask to get clean towels. Room had a coffee maker but no cups, no cups in bathroom. Elevators & elevator doors were grossly dirty.

What a pleasant surprise!
We arrived quite late, and with a change for our reservation that we were concerned about taking care of. The night clerk on duty was both polite and expert in handling our slight problem and we were checked into our room in a matter of moments. The coffee pot in the room didn’t work properly, and the morning clerk almost immediately had a different pot brought up. When we needed something a little later, his response was again immediate. All the people associated with the hotel were unfailingly polite, helpful, and capable. The hotel is conveniently located in relation to large numbers of things one would want to see/do on Hilton Head, and was a very pleasant place to stay. My friend and I loved it and hope we’ll be able to stay there again.

Definitely one of my best hotel experiences
I was extremely pleased with my accomodations at the hotel. The staff was extremely helpful. Everyone was friendly. The room was great and I can say without a doubt that I would return there as often as possible. They don’t have comment boxes at the hotel, but had they I would have surely put in a good word for Nick, he saw to it that my stay was the best it could possibly be.
