LWB
Excellent hotel - very enjoyable stay..
Several good restaurants withing three blocks of the hotel. No need to drive if one wants to just stay around the hotel. There is also good shopping near the hotel.

Great location
This Hyatt is located near shopping and is minutes from the freeway to Santa Fe and minutes from Old Town Albuquerque. The hotel was clean and the staff exceptional. They serve a nice complimentary breakfast in the mornings. There is a neat shopping center across the street with lovely shops and restaurants. Trader Joes is a short walk also.

Hyatt Place Uptown Impresses with Service
On a recent business trip I decided to stay close to my morning appointments. I enjoyed the Hyatt Place very much for several days in early October 2009. First, although young, the attitude and eagerness of all of the staff to provide exceptional service is apparent from the moment you walk in the door. It is quite different from staying at a Hyatt Regency, but the differences are in the building and not the Hyatt experience. Second, overall, I found it to be quite comfortable and well thought out for the business traveler, from the free breakfast to the business center with computers and a printer always available. This is my second stay at a Hyatt Place, and I am very impressed with the business model and comforts of this Hyatt brand. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

This hotel has within walking distance (across the street) many restaurants and shops in the ABQ Mall, which is an open air small town type shopping center.

Hyatt Abq Uptown
Very nice, new hotel. Upscale open air mall across the street. A large variety of restaurants in the vicinity. In room coffee and a small fridge which was great. Bathroom is small, but the rest of the room/amenities were very nice. Would definitely stay again.

Very Comfortable
This hotel was just enough without being too much. It was nice to have a separate seating area from the bedroom and the cleaning staff was amazing.

huge rooms!!
This was a great place to stay. Quite, huge rooms, clean, nice pool, computer room w/ free printer. Breakfast wasn’t anything special but was free and had good coffee!! GREAT location, walk across the street for a little shopping or dinner and right off the highways!!

We were very pleased with our choice and the price we paid, our room had 2 beds, sitting area with big couch and small kitchenette.

Super nice - huge flat panel - largest room I have ever stayed in and my family of 5 fit easily - and the price was stellar to boot - won’t stay anywhere else when I am back in Albequerque

Nice Hotel
The hotel was nice and seems to be pretty new and updated my only complaint about the hotel is the bathroom could use a refresh. The location is great for walking across the street for great food and shopping!

Great Place to stay in Albuquerque
We love Hyatt Place, and the Albuquerque Uptown was no exception. It was wonderful! Great service, clean rooms, and very quiet. We love that our family of 6 can stay in the same room. Great rates for a family on a budget.

Absolutely Recommend
great, spacious room - we had 2 toddlers with us & used this as a road trip stop and could spread out!! Also, giant hdtv - it was actually hard to leave the hotel! Only thing is the pool is small and basic & the hot entrees are not part of the free breakfast - but it was still a highlight of our roadtrip...

Roomiest hotel room
The rooms were fantastic; very roomy, large TV on swivel so we could see from either sitting area or bedroom area. Hotel location was good, close to shopping and I-40 with quick connections to I-25. Staff was extremely helpful and gave us a quick tour of the facilities. When we had a problem with one of our keys, it was immediately replaced. Would stay here again.

Great Place at a Good Price
The staff was very pleasant and the bed was very comfortable. The fact that there was a separate seating area was very nice. The TV was large and pivoted so that it can be easily seen from either the sitting area or the bed. The room was decorated very nicely and the walls seemed to be well insulated. Except the normal noise in the hallway, we never heard our neighbors at all. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice place in a great location
Great location - 15 drive to downtown, airport, Petroglyph, Sandia foothills, Old Town, Nob Hill/University, etc. Clean, great amenities, wonderful included breakfast. Near shopping just north of I-40, off Louisiana, just north of ABQ Lifestyle Shops. We considered staying near Old Town and Downtown. We are glad we didn’t. This place is more hotel for what you pay. Driving and parking in Albuquerque is easy.

Easy hiking with great views in Sandia foothills just of Tramway Blvd. in many locations. Dining - El Patio near the University (huge portions and reasonably priced) Indian Pueblo Cultural Center - great place even if you are going to other Pueblos in NM; Museum of Indian Arts and Culture (Santa Fe, Museum Hill) - amazing place with incredible collection and video clips by Indigenous People - powerful! Rio Grande River Rafting (Taos/Pilar)

Absolutely Lovely
Hyatt Place is just a fantastic place to stay in Albuquerque. The rooms are as nice as any 4 star hotel you will find anywhere and the service is even better. Self-Check in kiosks make the Check-in process a snap, and the beds were absolutely wonderful. LOVE this hotel
