Very Nice Hotel
I stayed at this hotel for personal business (a conference for a group I am part of) but I would consider going back just to explore the area and to sit by the pool. It is very nice. The service was great - the front desk very helpful - and I loved the whole experience.

Great facilities
Great pool and jacuzzi. Most hotels dont have saunas but this one did, which made me choose this hotel over others in the area. They are one or only closest hotel to Great America. We didnt go to the park but wanted to get away from the fog and relax in the pool. The downside is theres a small fee for parking.

Once great hotel has gone downhill
This hotel used to be one of nicest places to stay in the Bay Area. The lobby and pool area are still great, and the staff is reasonably efficient. However, I was quite disappointed by the quality of my room during a recent stay. The bathroom ceiling tiles were askew, the in-room Internet was set up for pre-2001 operating systems, and there was no in-room fridge. The computers in the downstairs "office center" used a clunky proprietary browser totally unsuited for the heart of Silicon Valley. These may seem like petty issues, but for what I once considered a 4-star hotel, it was disappointing. Its fine if you want to park your luggage while you go to the amusement park, but I wouldnt recommend it for business travel.
