Good End of the Natchez Trace
We were two senior ladies at the end of a long trip up the Natchez Trace and this was a very good place to wind down. The service, food and room were all very good. The only thing we would add is bell service to help with luggage.

Only the best...
This was my second time staying at the Hyatt Place in Nashville/Franklin/Cool Springs. I cannot say enough about this hotel. It’s cool and modern. The staff is helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. When I stay in Nashville, I stay at the Hyatt Place. They’re sure not to disappoint.
Traveler's tip on dining
If you’ve got some money to spend on dining in Nashville, go to the Melting Pot or Bound’ry. Smaller budget? Go to San Antonio Taco Company and hit up Ben and Jerry’s for dessert. If you’re into the young, hip music scene, grab a cup of coffee at Cafe Coco 24-hours a day.

Great place to stay!
The service was excellent, even though it is not a full service hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious and I was very pleased with the choice we made of having all my out-of-town wedding guests stay here. The continental breakfast was also good and convenient. This is a nice, contemporary hotel that I would recommend to anyone.
