bad service on check in
I checked in at 1 pm they told me my room was not ready and they would ring me when it was ,no phone call . went back at 3.10 pm (notice on desk had said check in 3 pm) room still not ready waited till 4.20pm before room was ready.

Can’t wait to go back
I was very surprised, it is a excellent hotel, spacious rooms, very good location, and friendly staff. I would say it is much better than many 5 stars hotels.

Very good hotel
The hotel is excellently located. Near the Central station hence easy to reach. Also RLD is walking distance. We were upgraded by paying a some extra amount which gave us breakfast, upgraded room, internet in room and lounge access. It was worth it. Check in check out process could take longer than u like if there are many people but otherwise its fine.Concierge was helpful in directing us to the right places. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who plans to visit AMS.
