comfortable and accessible
I found this hotel comfortable and clean. My room was small, but big enough for my 8 night stay. I appreciated and enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffets. The staff was helpful and friendly. Excellent location. The only criticism is that my room faced the outdoor patio area and it was very noisy late into the night (fortunately I am a good sleeper) and this could be troublesome to some.

Good location
The overall experience is very good, and we also got complimentary dinner during our two night stay. The hotel is very well located, within walking distance to Stroget and Tivoli garden. Ice Bar copenhagen is in the same building. The only problem is the size of the room, very small, and the noise of the hall way door banging 24 hour. This is annoying. We should pay more, and get a bigger room which is far away from the hall way door.
