Very comfortable hotel
The location is great with beautiful views of the mountains. The adult pool and kids pool is a great idea. We love the steam room and sauna. It’s a very clean hotel and nice grounds. Me and my wife are in the hotel industry and plan on coming back again.

You are minutes from the Tram, hiking, off roading and downtown Palm Springs. A beautiful place to stay.

Great Weekend
Nice clean hotel. Beds are comfy. A little further from downtown than I expected but that was my fault. I didn’t read the description before booking. I love that it had an adult only pool and Jacuzzi.

Make sure you go to Las Casuelas in town for dinner or breakfast. Great food

Not what I expected.
I arrived to the hotel pretty late in the afternoon. The weather was scorching hot. I made an online reservation and check in was fairly fast. I went to the room and the air conditioner was off. I turned it on and it didn’t take too long before it cooled the room. Palm Springs is a great getaway for those living in neighboring counties, cities, etc. The bed wasn’t that bad to sleep on. I was disappointed with the bedding and pillows. The pillows were lumpy! The bathroom was OLD, out of date..in need of remodeling. The paint was chipping away as was the molding and tile. I mean, one doesn’t spend much time in a bathroom, but it’s pretty bad when all of this is visible. I had to wipe down the night stand prior to placing my things on it. I looked behind the night stand and it was disgusting. There was dust like you wouldn’t believe. Upon check out, there were two individuals working the front desk. I was standing there without either one of them acknowledging me. I mean, is it really that hard to say, "I will be with you in just a moment?" In the future, I will pay extra money to stay in a much better renovated hotel.
