Perfect for a visit to college
Simple but clean and functional hotel. 5 minutes to Ithaca college and town. Don’t miss the fresh waffles for breakfast...you’ll at least smell them all through the hotel in the morning.

Finger Lake- Ithica NY, Area
Excellent service. Room recently recarpeted-- very clean. Continental breakfast ok but lacking in variety. All carbs. Fresh fruit, yogurt, ... eould be a plus.

Good place to stay for convenience to Finger Lakes as well as the Gorges in the Ithica area.

Good value for price
I’ve stayed in 3 hotels at various times in Ithaca and in my opinion this is the best value overall.
